Our admissions policy
Tulsa Adventist Academy welcomes students regardless of religious beliefs. The educational, social, and recreational activities are centered upon Christian principles; all students are expected to honor and respect these principles. Tulsa Adventist Academy admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Tulsa Adventist Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, and other school administered programs.
Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is open! Our elementary classroom seats are filling up quickly, and high school seats are limited so call to make an appointment today! We also have rolling enrollment through the links below for existing/returning students.
To register a new student, please start by following this link before you apply: Inquiry Form
To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our Family Portal through your existing FACTS/RENWEB login. If you have forgotten your account information, please reach out to the office at 918-834-1107 or taaoffice@tulsaacademy.org
To access Family Portal:
1. Please go to FACTS/RENWEB Family Portal Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
2. Go to left-side Navigation Menu.
3. Click on Apply/Enroll.
4. Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment.
Our Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet. The process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login
1. Please go to FACTS/RENWEB Family Portal
2. Select Create New Family Portal Account
3. Enter your email address as provided in your application to the school.
4. Click Create Account
You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes this link will remain active for six hours. Log into Family Portal as instructed above.
